WHY COMPANIES STRUGGLE IN BRAZIL

Excessive Bureaucracy

Unfamiliar local processes

Limited Financial Visibility

Administrative burden

Without clear coordination and structured processes, day-to-day activities become dependent on improvisation, creating inefficiencies and reducing operational predictability.

WHAT WE HANDLE AND COORDINATE

  • Company incorporation

  • Banking relationship coordination

  • Accounting coordination

  • Day to day administrative operations

  • Legal and tax compliance coordination

  • Ongoing local operational support and more...

RESULT

The result is a more organized operational structure, reduced administrative overload and greater clarity over the company’s recurring financial and administrative activities.

MANAGEMENT

Our goal is to simplify local processes by providing structured coordination, clear communication, and reliable operational support throughout each stage of the business setup and expansion process.

We act as a single point of contact for our clients, helping coordinate interactions across accountants, legal professionals, banking institutions, and other local service providers. Through international communication standards and local operational knowledge, we aim to reduce friction and help businesses move forward with greater clarity and efficiency.

Rather than offering isolated services, we focus on maintaining continuity and coordination across the different operational areas involved in running a business in Brazil.

Accora was built to provide long-term assistance, not just incorporation support. We believe foreign companies benefit from having a local partner capable of coordinating processes, managing communication, and supporting day-to-day operational needs as their presence in Brazil evolves over time.

Accora is led by João Barros, who holds a Business Management specialization from USP and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, with experience in administrative structuring, financial coordination and operational support for businesses in different industries.
